Preliminary Provisions

 

  1. The following is a rules JubilerSky.pl conducted at www.jubilesky.pl. Operator of the store is the company VYAN Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw. Rules apply to a vendor and all customers using the services of this online store.
  2. The only right to conduct the above-referenced company store has VYAN Sp. z o. o., called as the Seller.
  3. All products offered in the store www.jubilersky.pl are brand new and free from defects in natural and legal persons, and have been legally placed on the Polish market.
  4. All complaints concerning the provision of services, resulting from ignorance, or the failure to observe these Regulations shall not be considered.

Accepting orders

 

  1. JubilerSky.pl sells products via the Internet.
  2. Making of orders in the Online Shop is available 24 hours a day every day of the year, while their implementation is at times chosen by JubilerSky.pl
  3. Placing an order in JubileSky.pl is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.
  4. Information on the products in JubilerSky.pl not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to contract. The amount of the price specified in the Internet Shop is binding and can not be negotiated. JubilerSky.pl reserves the right to refuse an order, restrictions on the payment method or to require prepayment.
  5. Acceptance of order is after the payment for the ordered Goods unless in the particular case online shop allows payment for the Goods at Pay On Delivery. Customer accepts that if payment for the Goods on delivery can be bound to bear the costs associated with this form of payment.

Quality products and certifications

Making changes and the withdrawal of the contract

  1. The client may modify the order until the dispatch by the Seller, e-mail confirming the fact of sending the products ordered.

Prices

  1. All prices are in Polish zloty and include VAT.
  2. Seller reserves the right to change prices of products on offer, introducing new products to offer an online store, carry and cancel promotions at the store's website, or make changes.

Receipts and invoices

  1. For each completed order is accompanied by a receipt. VAT invoice is issued on the express request of the client, after entering all the data needed for invoicing.
  2. Receipt or invoice should be retained in the event of any refunds or complaints.

Terms of orders

 

  1. Usually the product is sent by the date indicated on the product via UPS courier service.
  2. All costs associated with shipping on Polish territory, covered by Seller.
  3. Shipments abroad are carried out only through courier. All costs associated with foreign shipment covered by the customer.
  4. Seller shall not be liable for failure to comply with the deadline for reasons beyond its control, especially in the case of force majeure. In the event of the causes that prevent implementation of the contract by the date indicated on the website of the shop, the Seller shall immediately notify the customer about them giving the estimated time of delivery. In this case the client can cancel the order.
  5. Domestic shipments delivered via courier should arrive the next working day after the date of posting.

Damage items

 

  1. Prior to receipt of delivery of the consignment, the Customer is obliged to check whether the packaging is not damaged in transport. In particular, you should pay attention to the state's JubilerSky tape adhered to the package. If the shipment packaging bears the marks of damage or where the seal (tape) is broken - do not take delivery. In such a situation, the customer is obliged to draw up a protocol in the presence of damage to a courier or the post office and immediately (possibly immediately) contact JubilerSky, failing which the goods have been delivered to the Client in a state free from defects.

The return of the goods and complaints

 

  1. In accordance with Article. 7 of the Act of March 2, 2002, "the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by unsafe products" (OJ 2000.22.271), you can opt out of the products purchased in store, without giving any reason - within 10 days from the date of receipt of delivery - provided that you have not removed the security of the Goods.
  2. Returned in this mode, the product will be received by the Seller only if it is sent back in original packaging, with complete contents (product, label, certificate, invoice or your receipt, etc.), and will not be wearing any trace of use , alterations, etc.
  3. In the case of jewelry with precious stones, the adoption of returning the goods must be preceded by an analysis carried out by an jewellery expert and his favorable opinion.
  4. Seller declares that it shall not accept COD.
  5. For the return shipment must be accompanied by a written statement of withdrawal from the contract and give the account number for which payment is to be reimbursed.
  6. In the case of proper cancellation, payment will be returned to the Client within 10 working days after receipt by the store of the return, an affidavit of withdrawal.

Complaints

  1. If there are defects in the product within 12 months from the date of purchase to file a complaint, please send it to the company at the address:

  2. For shipment You need to add a photocopy of receipt or invoice, and on a separate sheet a description of the defect.
  3. Delivery of goods to the company, is always at the expense of the customer.
  4. Within 14 days Customer will receive a response to the reported complaint.
  5. All complaints are dealt with free of charge. In case of defects arising from the fault of the manufacturer, the product will be repaired and returned to Customer at the expense of the store.
  6. If there is damage for which Seller is not responsible (damage resulting from Customer's fault or due to random events during the operation, in particular, mechanical damage, cracking and warping of the original shape of the jewelry), the Seller will contact the customer to inform him of any repair costs.

Privacy Policy

 

  1. According to the Law on Personal Data Protection dated 29 August 1997 (uniform text of 6 July 2002 - OJ 2002.101.926), the Seller undertakes to protect personal data.
  2. When placing an order, you voluntarily consent to the processing and use of personal data in order to implement the contract, any complaints, to facilitate the submission of further orders and for marketing purposes. These data are not processed or used for any other purpose.

Final Provisions

 

  1. These regulations come into force on 01.04.2010
  2. In matters not covered by these rules apply universally applicable law, in particular the Civil Code, Law on the specific terms of consumer sales and to change the Civil Code and Law on the Protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products.
