Naturally. All amounts are gross amounts containing 23% VAT.

2. I would like to register in the store, but I have one question, the registration entails some consequences. I would ask for clarification.
Registration is free, no obligation to purchase in our shop but if You want to finalize an order through our online store You need to be registered.

3. Can I place an order and pay on delivery (cash on delivery)?
Yes. When You make an order you need to select "payment for courier" .

4. Do you issue a VAT invoice to the company?
Yes, we can make an invoice.

5. What happens to my shipment if the courier finds nobody at home, and can You tell the specific date of arrival of a courier?
Courier will leave a message. Then, call the courier company to determine the exact time at which the messenger will be able to provide a package with the order.

6. Requiring consent for the processing of personal data as a condition of registration is probably illegal.
Do not worry. "Processing of personal data" is a normal process, there is no other way to save personal information of someone who places an order in our store. If the Purchaser does not consent to their treatment, we would have immediately after placing the order, delete the data from our database. In this situation, if they chose to advertise the Purchaser or returned to service merchandise bought from us, it would appear that such person has never had anything we do not buy. Please be assured that the concerns before agreeing to a "processing of personal data" in our store are completely unnecessary.

7. Is it possible to ship the product abroad?
Yes it is however it must be agree with the person who is charge of the shop. Foreign shipping can be done with the help of the Polish Post, or UPS courier.

8. How can I pay?
Forms of payment depend only on you. We offer payment services through Przelewy24 or on receipt for delivery. You can also receive a personal.
9. Will I receive a certificate for products with diamonds?
Yes, we give certificate for every product with diamonds.

10. Do I need to pay extra for box?
No, box is for free.

11. Is it possible to engrave?
There is, however, this service depends on the product.

12. What are the shipping costs?
Costs depend on the choice of payment methods. In the case of prepayment on the account, the shipping cost is FREE, and if you choose "Pay to courier" - 37zł. We send our products only through UPS courier service.

13. How long I need to wait for shipment?
Usually takes up to 7 working days.

14. Are your products covered by the guarantee?
Yes, all product has got two years warranty (only with receipt).
